My back has been giving me problems man! Dear back, please get well soon! I've got an important game tmr against Jansenites!! PLEASE REST WELL and please listen to Counterpain & Salonpas and be gone you stupid backaches!

Hhahaha, went for Physio w Sylvia Kwa! And some of the guys ytd. I had to do some ultrasound thingy and so Sylvia was doing it for me and it was pretty funny. That thingy that they put in your skin while doing ultrasound? Sylvia calls it fudge and she pretended she was spreading the fudge on a cake! Hahahha, and we played guess the letter game too! Haha. We have to go back for Physio again man. Sigh, there goes my money!

AND I MUST STOP TAKING CABS!!!!

Okay, so there's training in 3 hours time and I'm off to buy uniforms first! I hope the skirts fit!
